Coriander Relish
Ingredients:
- 1 cup chopped cilantro, including stems
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 large red chilli, seeded and finely minced
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tespoon superfine sugar
- freshly ground black pepper
Chef’s Notes: Place all the ingredients in a small bowl and stir to combine.
