oh, and i saw a posting in one of the forums that a not all too unexpected development in about mid-february was that the whistletips are now being cracked down on... not sure when the news cast was from but it can’t be too long after that yo.

Cracking down on whistletips is just another attempt by whitey to keep Bubb Rubb down. He should be spending that benjamin on Little Sis instead of having to pay to get the tips removed.
